Robin brings 22 years of experience with his return to the ENC State UIC position,  He has umpired in all but 5 of the district tournaments in his area since the beginnning of Babe Ruth Softball.  His experience has been used at 8 ENC State tournaments two of which he served as ENC State UIC.  He has also umpired at 4 Southeast Regionals, and was the UIC at the 2002 Southeast Regionals held in Kinston, North Carolina.  He has also served as an umpire in the 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2006 Babe Ruth 12U World Series.  He held the UIC position at the 2007 Babe Ruth 12U World Series.  His field experience doesn't end there.  He has also umpired at 2 Pony Nationals in Cary, North Carolina.  He is also seen on high school fields as he has been a NCHSAA Softball Umpire since 1999, and he has been a clinic leader since 2003.  He has also called at the North Carolina High School Athletic Association State Softball Championship Tournament.  We know his knowledge and experience will be an asset to the ENC State.
